Employees and Opthamologist were friendly and appeared helpful til I picked up glasses way to expensive, uncomfortable and not flattering. Always bring a friend to help you pick out frames. When I picked up my new glasses they were handed to me without warranty info, adjustment and loose nose pads. The glasses actually rattle on my face. Bring a friend as it is stressful making a choice on $460.00 glasses you are stuck with. I wish someone had pointed out clearly that they were selling me probably the most expensive frames available. I had gone into store weeks earlier to pick out frames ahead of time but trying on glasses wet and smeared with cleaner is not a good idea. I'm also not satisfied that no one carefully read all the info they asked me for. I had wanted to talk to opthamologist about contacts but forgot til after exam so at this point I would have to pay out of pocket for another exam. I might be able to do that if I had not paid for $147.00 frames. Again, I wish someone would have been more clear about high price of frames. With less costly frames I would have been able to get better quality lenses.

Went and had eye exam ordered glasses . Came back picked was supposed to have follow up after glasses. Eye doctor had quit they didn't notify me till I went back for exam. I still don't think they can give you a eye exam yet.
