They got me in the same day and were very accommodating to my issue. Dr. Morrow and the nurse, as well as the rest of the staff, were great. Awesome customer service and bedside manner here. Highly recommend.

Have been going to Vision Source for years. Unfortunately, the prompt and friendly service that kept me coming back has declined in the last few years. Everytime me or my husband or kids go for an appointment as simple as our annual eye exams, we are always waiting at least 15 to 30 minutes after our appointment time before we are even called back. I feel like they book themselves too full and can't keep up with the volume of patients. I understand being behind, but feel like our time as the patients aren't valued either when appointment times are rarely met and other patients who came in 10 minutes after us were called back first. I made sure to show up at least 10 minutes before my daughter's appointment and was still forced to reschedule so she wouldn't be late for work.

I've been with Midwest Eye care for 7 years. This was my first visit to Vision Source. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Complaints I've had for several years were all addressed. I haven't felt heard for so long. What a refreshing experience. Thank you Dr Patel and Ashley for the time you spent with me

I'm overwhelmed with the great service provided. I injured my eye on accident and literally walked in off the street without an appointment. The team was thorough and communication was excellent when explaining the condition of my eye. I highly recommend.

I can not rave enough about Vision Source. Months ago I had lenses replaced in a pair of glasses. Then I forgot for some time, as life happens. When I finally called to set up a pick up time, they had already shipped them to me. But, I never received them. They discovered the glasses were stopped in delivery. To remedy this they found its location but it was sitting in a moldy post office for months which I am unable to enter. ( I know there is mold at that post office because I smelled it upon entrance and had breathing changes). After explaining I have a mold illness, and would prefer to not receive that package, they kindly offered me a replacement! When I went in to pick the new frames, I was floored at the genuine care of Amber and her kindness. Before my arrival, she had already grabbed similar frames for me ready to try and wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice. I was well taken care of and just surprised they were willing to accommodate my rare medical needs. She was even patient answering all my questions on insurance coverage for another pair. Then when I shook her hand to leave she asked if I'd like sanitizer on my way out to continue protecting myself. I declined as I had wipes with me. But wow to be heard on the phone of my health concerns of receiving a moldy package and them going way above bar in resolving this, just blew me away. This was not a "transaction" feel in the marketplace, but a kind human placed before me advocating and caring for a simple need I had. I walked out of there with a light heart and joy from having this experience, and felt valued. I am grateful Amber advocated for me by getting permission to grant me a new pair vs the one lost at the post office. She made me feel like I was the only customer there, though there were others behind me. Hopefully you have an opportunity to meet Amber too and her team.

This was my very first visit to Vision Source Innovative Eye Care. I was very pleased with the friendliness, curtesy and informativeness of all the staff and my optometrist. I liked knowing if I have a question I can ask and will receive an informed answer. I choose Vision Source because others I had talked to recommended with high praise, this was the place to go to receive top notch eye care.

Ongoing issues with my glasses have made multiple return visits necessary. Staff has been very courteous & accommodating ,working to resolve the problem. I am very hopeful that the updated rx & lenses on order will be the final solution

The staff at Vision Source is personable and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated Amber's help in selecting new glasses on this visit. She took extra time to be sure that the new frames will be a great fit.
