This was my first time being a patient here and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a friendly atmosphere and a cheerful smile. The Optometrist was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and talked with you, not at you. A comfort for someone who has had some pretty bad experiences in the past with eye doctors. Keep up with great work!

Stopped in while in Costco and they got me in immediately. The exam took about 20 minutes since I didn't really have any issues. The staff was very professional, accommodating and respectful of my time. The doctor reviewed all of my scans and tests with me and pleasantly answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or stupid. Will definitely return for my next two/year exam.

Amazing people who truly care. I used Costco in Avon. Indiana for the purchase of my glasses and they are optometrist in Costco who can give you an updated prescription for the eyeglass purchase. This was my second time using them at the Avon Costco and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend, very professional and a pleasure to deal with !

I've been seeing Dr Amanda Gosch,OD over the years. I was unable to get in to update my eyeglass prescription. I booked with Costco-Burns. Knowing what a good exam is (from
Amanda and all other places I've been to in the past 17 years), I'd expect better from a student. My exam was over from check in to payment in 20 minutes. They do not write prescriptions for dry eye, even though it says so online. If you care about your vision, your eyes and your money. Don't go there.
