Norman and Miller Eyecare

I've been going to Norman and Miller Eyecare for years. I have always had fantastic and thorough service and somehow, every year, the service and care just gets better. They always have modern, up-to-date equipment and practices. I feel like the priority during my exams and never feel rushed at all. Eye imaging and health is always explained in detail and in a manner that I understand. I have never been upsold on additional services or products that were not needed. The front desk has always been incredibly friendly. Making appointments and gathering insurance information has been a breeze. I picked out frames last time I was there and the amount of time and care that was taken with me to make sure I had the right look was truly amazing. I would 100% recommend the team at Avon!!

The present all the information and options available without any pressure to buy. Dr. Klopp is oustanding and is extremely thorough with my necessary diabetic exam.

The lady at checkout was so sweet and helpful! She helped me find the perfect glasses! The service was 10/10. Definitely will keep going.

Dr Klopp takes the time to understand the big picture of my health along with excellent eye care. His staff is encouraging and warm. Highly recommend. 10/10

First appointment with Dr. Klopp and his staff was great. They made it very easy and comfortable for our entire family. Answered all of our questions and walked us through every test they completed and why. I highly recommend his office for your eye health needs!
