This place was one of the options that came up when I searched for eye doctors that accepted my vision insurance. After a mixup with my eye appointment that morning with another provider, I called their office and got an appointment that same day. Their staff was very friendly and I even got a retinal imaging exam that even though it wasn't covered by my insurance was still reasonable and affordable for an exam that was so in depth as far as everything it checked for as far as my eye health. After my exam, the Dr. gave me the option to either keep wearing my readers as they were the same strength that as the prescription that he gave me. I opted for the prescription since my insurance covered it. The selection of glasses that my insurance covered were very stylish & I found two pairs that I actually liked. I ask the lady there her opinion & she helped me decide which one looked better on me so those were the ones I choose. The whole process went smooth & I was done in under an hour. I highly recommend them. On another note, I was told that my glasses would maybe take 1-2 weeks to come back, but they came back exactly 1 week to the day of my appt.

Very simple process. Convenient online scheduling. They have evening appointments as well. Open 7 days a week. No waiting weeks to get an appointment. The Doctors seem very knowledgeable and the facility is clean and modern. They are very helpful pertaining to insurance. They will explain your benefit amounts and available options. They have the information so there is no surprises. Very satisfied.

I wish there were more options that fit my personal style--I guess I'm a bit stuck in the past. This is still a great place if you're into the latest trends, though. For me, the glasses felt a little big and slightly heavy, even though others said they looked great on me. I believe this was just from not being use to a higher Lens and frame. I know this will eventually feel normal to me...nothing that Visionworks is responsible for. That said, My husband definitely recommends their safety glasses. My husband is a mechanic and hasn't had any issues after using them. He also loves his regular glasses he received too. I also appreciate how fast and reliable the service was, and how easy it was to use the 100-day guarantee. We usually use an online store for glasses but I believe this was a good experience that we will come back in future for glasses and not just routine eye exams. Thank you!

I ordered some contacts in the beginning of March and I've had to wait over a month for them to arrive. And when I got the call which they never did call me I had to call them. My contacts arrived like the photo. No intake receipt just a bag with contacts. Very unprofessional. There was no apologies. I just wanted me to in and out. But I need my contacts I need to see. It has happened before when I had bought my contacts and I waited three weeks for them, which was less thank God. But this time I waited longer, which is kind of weird.

Visionworks let us shop as we arrived early for our appointment. We had our glasses picked out saw the doctor ordered our glasses and were completely done within an hour .

Visionworks in Avon, Indiana on Rockville Road has the best staff. Your service provided was top-notch. Everybody was on time. Everybody was friendly. Everybody got five stars in my book. My husband, who was with me at the appointment who never is impressed with so impressed with this team that he made his own appointment and he never does that if y'all know who my husband was, you know that Visionworks are miracle workers

My granddaughter broke her glasses and we needed them fixed ASAP. Chandler at Visionworks in Avon to the rescue! Chandler searched until he found frames that fit her lenses. He even kept in mind that she loves purple. He could have just sent me on my way to order new frames from wherever mom got them from, but he was committed to helping this Noni in need. I'll never go to a different facility. I've been going here for years for my exams and glasses. They always treat me well and help me find the best options for my budget.
