Why can no one at the front desk answer the phone at 08:20 or even 09:00? Your system says there's zero minute wait yet it goes to voicemail and now the whole day has gone by and you have not returned a call. Could you please clarify what I am missing? A lot of great reviews about the Dr but what's with the office staff?

Dr. Colon is the best. I wouldn't trust my vision to anyone else. He's very attentive, thorough and listens to your concerns. My vision issues aren't going away any time soon. I listen and do everything he advises me to do. He has made my issues very comfortable and tolerable. He's very serious and kind of shy. That's so cute. He needs to loosen up. Again I highly recommend Dr. Colon and his colleagues at Whitson Vision.
