Scheduled myself for a Lasik consultation. It was about 3 weeks out. Fine with me. I get to my appointment. Waited 40 minutes to finally be called. Had to explain I was not there for eye glass exam several times before they finally realized it was for Lasik consultation. I ask for a second to remove my contacts. They now tell me oh, we can't see you then. You can't be wearing contacts for at least a week. I did not know this and ask why anyone didn't let me know? This should be on the website, or I should be notified when my appointment is confirmed. Now I wait for another 15 minutes standing there for them to tell me it will be 2-3 weeks before I can get another appointment. Told them to just forget it. Wasted way too much time already for nothing. What a waste of time. If that is how the business is run, I don't think I want the DR working on my eyes with a laser. Will go somewhere else.
