The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The office was clean and inviting. The Dr was knowledgeable and put you at ease with every aspect of the eye appointment. I would totally recommend this office to anyone. Such friendly, polite people.

My second visit to Family Eyecare and they are as great or better than my first excellent experience. Dr McBurnie is extremely knowledgeable. She's patient and friendly and thoroughly explains your results. They also have high-tech equipment for a detailed eye analysis.

I always had my eye exams done in Chicago. I did not think I could find anywhere close as good locally. Duneland Family Eyecare proved me wrong. Dr. Bourland is amazing. I was so impressed and so happy I made the right choice. Dr. is very knowledgeable, professional and thoroughly explained each procedure. She listened to my concerns, which were all addressed. She made me feel feel relaxed and comfortable. My new glasses are perfect! Dr. Bourland knows her stuff and definitely cares about her patients. Goodbye Chicago!! Dr. Bourland is my new permanent eye doctor. Also, I cannot forget her amazing assistant, Melissa. Melissa adjusted my glasses and made sure they fit perfect before I walked out the door. Always making sure the customer is satisfied and is taken good care of. Such a great experience. Great staff, very welcoming, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Dr. Bourland and her staff are all so amazing! They take the time to talk to you about any issues you are having, always try to work with your schedule and do everything they can to make sure you're comfortable in their office. My kids are comfortable coming to her office and enjoy the small play area they have available for kids as well.

Such a great experience! Family owned, friendly and professional, clean and beautiful office, and a play area to keep my kiddo busy while I was seen. They had already done an excellent job with my husband who refused glasses for years and now he wears them everyday! Now I have a cute pair to wear as well. The prices aren't outrageous and I loved that they had their own designs in addition to the more well known brands. I highly recommend this office and look forward to returning for all of our families eyewear needs.

I was unhappy with my previous provider so I tried Duneland Family Eyecare. Melissa is very friendly and helpful and Dr. Bourland really cares about her patients. They were super busy yesterday, but somehow made each person feel like the only patient there. I have transitioned my whole family over and am so glad I made the switch!

I was very impressed with this establishment. After going to one eye doctor for 18 years, going to duneland certainly was a pleasant change. Very professional and accommodating. I was even offered a cup of coffee or a glass of water which I thought was such a nice gesture. They explained everything during my exam and answered all my questions. I have, however, discovered that this office does not return phone calls when I reported an issue with my glasses. I think that is very unprofessional and discouraging. It has been one year and I still have NOT heard back from this doctor.
