Britney was super helpful and nice to my girls as they were picking out their glasses. Today we came to pick them up and she immediately knew their names and why we were there. I love the customer service and team at Midwest eye consultants.

Initially I believed I was receiving professional services. But, after waiting fours weeks to receive my glasses (two weeks longer than I was quoted) an after receiving my new glasses my vision is still blurry. I have tried in several occasions to call and only getting there voicemail system and after leaving more than four messages, no one has called me back and due to my work schedule it is difficult to make it into there office and don't wish to was time driving there if they are unable to see me. If you want professional service I would not go there.

I used to absolutely loved this place. I went here since I was a kid. Over the last year and a half, every time I have called about a question, my prescription, or scheduling, they said I would receive a call back and they would never call me back, or they would forget the question when I have called back, or I would get attitude. This most recent time, I called because I was wanting to make an appointment. I asked if there was any appointments in the next 2 weeks, because I am off work. She already sounded annoyed when she picked up, but it is the holidays so I try to be understanding about it. It is stressful for anyone in customer service. She said there was one on the 6th for 1:30. I asked if there was anything after the 4th for after 4pm. She said the 23rd at 2 something. I reminded her if its after the 4th I needed 4:30 or after. I dont think I had an attitude about it as I just wanted to remind her, but she answered with an attitude the same thing she said before, 2 something on the 23rd. Looking back on it, maybe she meant that it was December 23rd, i assumed it was January since the first date she listed off was January 6th, but either way I did not appreciate being talked to in that way. I told her nevermind and hung up. I did not want to go elsewhere because I have come here for over 15 years but I am also done wasting my time here with this kind of customer service. I hope they read this, and all the reviews I have seen tanking their rating. I hope they do better.

New female doctor! Always happy with the promotions here and selection of frames. Gabby at the optometrist section was extra helpful and patient.

I highly recommend Midwest Eye. I currently switched over to them and everyone was so nice and helpful especially Saby and Jennifer Sitko.

If I could leave a review without any stars I would. This WHOLE company is a joke. Completely unprofessional from the staff to the doctors. They don't listen when you tell them you can see from the contacts they write a script for. When you let them know you still can't see with what they claimed as your RX and ask for a recheck they get shitty and rude. They refused to schedule me without paying my balance. What do you want me to pay for??? I still can't see. Offices and drs should all be charged with medical malpractice and these offices should be shut down with the drs losing their licenses.
