I have never been to a doctor that was more arrogant and condescending than Dr. Zale. I took my elderly father for a cataract exam and he proceeded to get on his soapbox and talk down to us the entire time in the office.
He had old information about an A1C level, but insisted my father was diabetic and made him feel incompetent and borderline harassed. We will never be back and I will be telling everyone that I encounter about the rude and unprofessional visit.

I can not say enough about the staff and professional care I received. Dr Zale is the type of Doctor who really cares about his patients. Was very surprised and pleased that he takes the time to call on you to see how you are doing after surgery.

What a wonderful, caring, very knowledgeable and, good sense of humor Dr. I had an emergency situation one Saturday (Ended up being a vitreous Hemorrhage) He opened up his practice and examined my eye, did an ultrasound (too much blood to see) and he sent me to a Retinal Specialist. Very spot on about everything I have come in for. I would highly recommend Dr. Zale.

Dr. Zale is great. Glasses department not so much. $ 600.00 glasses bought there and I need an appointment to get a nose pad put back on. Unfortunately next appointment is 4 days from now. Guess I need to find an eye dr. with better customer service.

If you want to be talked down to by the office staff, go here. I was told that if I wasn't there EXACTLY 15 minutes early, then my appt. would be cancelled. That is not the way to treat the patients who help pay your wages. There are no excuses for acting like a dictator.
