I was eagerly waiting to post this review today. I gave 5 stars for the awesome employees working. Annette and Kimberly were professional, prompt, precise, kind and helpful today. On point from the moment I walked through the doors. Thank you for answering my questions and making sure I was taken care of. You both are fantastic!!! I look forward to seeing you again soon.

I went in with money in my pocket ready to buy some new frames just in case they were unable to fix my broken frames. The girl at the front desk with dark hair, she told me she could not fix them and said there was nothing else at all she could do for me. She told me I did not have a warranty so she then quickly dismissed me and started talking on the phone. The problem with that is I had money in my pocket and was ready to purchase a new pair and I wasn't really worried about the price, I just wanted to find something nice.Not having a warranty was not an issue for me, I was going to purchase glasses from them regardless...But She completely lost out. I ended up going to Dr. Bizer's in Louisville instead...The staff at Dr.Bizer's were nice, did not just simply dismiss me...they showed me some frames that I might be interested in and I ended up trying some one and purchasing two pairs of glasses that weren't too cheap but were worth it. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Bizer's in Louisville Kentucky, going there was one of the best decisions I have ever made...and...America's Best (((especially))) the one located in Clarksville, has lost out. Anytime a person would rather be rude and too lazy to even do their job and skip out on making the company some money...treating you as if your money isn't good enough, tells me everything I need to know about a business. I highly recommend Dr.Bizers, they treat you very well and your money is definitely good enough for them.

Went in on Nov 8 with my husband, after 5 years of not having of vision insurance. Everyone was so nice there and only took about an hour for the both of us, to get finish our eye exams. And very very great prices. My husbands paid about 40 (he only got eye exams) and I paid about 90 (I got eye exams and contact exam)

Ashton was sooooo helpful and great with explaining what your prescription means and what frames come with certain deals. Even our examiner who did the testing was amazing with my sons. She was patient and very nice to my sons as well. The doctor on the other hand just seemed like he would rather be somewhere else. He wasn't friendly at all and for younger children I would expect more of a upbeat attitude since there's all this equipment here that can freak a kid out. Otherwise the experience was great. I would refer my friends and family.

everyone on staff was super nice! i wish i could remember their names. visit was cheap, and large selection of glasses! will be going again!! :)

Violated HIPAA laws. While waiting for my exam they were LOUDLY talking about me in the office and stated my first and last name, while talking about how I done on my tests and said I was a bad test taker. Never again will I go back.

I was there the other day and oh wow I will not be returning to this location. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and my eyesight is fairly bad, so I know these appointments usually take me an hour. Well I happened to be unfortunate enough to be there on one of their virtual days. Now why in the world would an eye doctor place have virtual days is beyond me, the pandemic is done we shouldn't be needing those anymore. If anything at least give me a warning that it is a virtual day. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out, I was there for THREE AND A HALF HOURS. They were running into so many miscommunication errors that wouldn't have happened if the eye doctor was actually present. This caused me to be late to work. I worked at 2pm and my appointment was at 10:30AM, one would think this would give you plenty of time but I guess I was wrong. To give everyone a fair warning since they won't, virtual days normally occur on Saturdays except for one Saturday out of the month where it gets switched to a Thursday. I hope they can be more clear in the future.

I got new glasses several months ago and the team is very kind and professional. I just went in this evening because my toddler broke the nose pad off my glasses and knocked a lens out and they fixed them up for me. Thank you Annette and Kim!
