The ladies that work.There are always very nice inviting and very helpful. Here lately, they're never open.I left work early today to pick up my glasses and the doors are locked again. This has happened to me multiple times please.Hire more people and stay open til 6 like your door says..

This is easily the best eye care I have ever had. We had to rework the material and the prescription slightly all at no cost. The staff is helpful and kind. Their frame selection had great looking options for my big head. They took my insurance and tried their best to lower my costs when possible. Their warranty is well worth it for someone that breaks glasses often.

Jordan is amazing. We had questions about our broken glasses frames and he went above and beyond to help us, even pointing us in new directions when SVS couldn't fix them.

I've been going to the Clarkesville, IN location for 3 yrs. The manager Billie and her staff have always been knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. They will have my loyalty as long as the location is open.

I stopped in here on accident thinking it was another optical center to order contacts for my son. The staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me with his prescription and insurance information. I ordered a year supply at a great price and they were ready in just 2 days. Not only was the staff very friendly, they were helpful and prompt. You just don't get that type of customer service these days. That being said, we will drive out of the way in the future just to come here.

Upon entering the establishment, I was met with a cold reception from the staff who simply asked, "May I help you?" instead of offering a warm greeting. As I took a seat in the chair at the eyeglasses place, the employee repeated the same phrase without showing any empathy towards customers. This lack of friendliness and compassion was noticeable during both of my visits, leaving me disappointed with the service provided.The Dr was very friendly,which was good!

I went to SVS Vision in January. This was my first time getting glasses and I was very nervous, but Billie and Emily made the experience amazing. I called the day before my appointment to check on my insurance, Billie verified I was in network and reassured me that the vision exam would be a breeze. After the easy breezy exam, Emily helped me find nearly a dozen flattering frames to try on, which was a huge help as there are tons of options. Billie and Emily helped me figure out what I did and didn't like until I found the perfect pair. It wasn't just painless, it was fun! We laughed and chatted and it felt like I was spending time with friends, not sitting in a doctor's office. If you're looking to establish care somewhere new, this is the place to do it and the ladies up front are the reason why. Thank you both for the fabulous experience!
