Everyone was very nice, and did their jobs very well. Everything was quick and orderly. I had Annie as my doctor and she did a wonderful job and explained things very well. She answered any questions I had and was a delight. I had Normanni as my frames specialist and she did fantastic. Made sure I understood my payment information well. She also assisted me in finding the perfect frames based on my wants. Thankful for both wonderful ladies! They did phenomenal!

Do not go to the Clarksville, Indiana location. They do not have time to answer any questions if you call in or if you schedule an appointment and you asked, do they take your insurance they tell you that they do not have time will not run the insurance they will only run the insurance the day up at your appointment. It may or may not be covered. We're not answering nothing on the phone,. Have a good day. That's what I was told. No customer service.

Was able to book appt quickly. Was received at front desk professionally. Lavenia is ALWAYS a delight - friendly, knows how to put you at ease and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Utley was very calm and concerned that I received thorough answers to my questions and asked me questions to get to the heart of the matter. I felt very well taken care of. It took almost 2 hours to get eyes checked Even with an appointment. The cost of.$849.00 is totally outrageous so much for. Ins. They paid. 300.00. I still had to pay out of pocket $384.00 I wish I had gone somewhere else probably will not go back A wait time of two weeks to pick up new glasses meanwhile I wear my old ones. Broken and glued to gather Not a good experience to be nice about it will not be telling others. To go there.

I usually go to the Visionworks location in Fern Creek, KY, but this was my first visit to the Clarksville, IN office. The appointment was highly organized and professional, and everything ran smoothly. I was in and out in about 30 minutes from start to finish. Great experience!

I had a very disappointing experience here. I brought in my own Ray-Ban frames after being told I could get prescription lenses that would match the original dark tint. When I picked them up, the lenses were basically clear. I was then told they could remake them darker with polarized lenses at no extra charge.
When I came back the second time, the tint was still nowhere near what I was promised. The two staff members helping me were condescending and dismissive. They told me the first set of lenses "don't get any darker", information that absolutely should have been explained from the beginning instead of making me feel like I should have known.
I asked for a refund since I wasn't happy with either pair. The manager then tried to remove the lenses from my frames right in front of me and was literally struggling and yanking on them carelessly. These are not cheap frames. She eventually handed them to someone in the back to finish the job, but by then my frames had visible scratches.
I came in expecting professional guidance and service. Instead, I got poor communication, a bad attitude, and damaged property. Extremely disappointed.

I was in for my appointment with in 5 minutes. Everyone was very kind. I found glasses I liked with ease and when I was ready to check out Korie was amazing. She walked me through all my options and explained in a easy to understand way. She cracked jokes to make conversation easier. She was the first person to convince me to get the premium options. Everything was explained to me and I was left happy about my choice.
