Being new to the area, I didn't know where to go for eye doctor services. My husband and daughter both went to Columbus Optical Services and said I should give them a go. I am so glad I did! They were easy to get an appointment, so very nice and professional to deal with and so fast! I got my progressive glasses in less than 4 days. They were attentive to my contact concerns. I am very happy with my decision to go there!

After my eye doctor retired a few years back my old office was turned into one of those corporate eye offices. I'm so glad I reached out to Columbus Optical this year. My glasses are just perfect. The bifocal placement in my new glasses is perfect. I don't have to adjust them up or down on my nose all day like my old glasses. My contact exam was also very comprehensive. I appreciate how much time was spent in helping me find the perfect lenses. I've gotten stuck with several unwearable boxes of contacts from my old doctor's office and their high pressure year's supply tactics. Thank you for your wonderful service.

John really stood out to me in customer service. I came to him after breaking some sunglasses, and he really listened to me and advised how I can restore them since the polarize prescription lenses were still intact and I hadn't opted for the vision package in my insurance this years. Wanted to give a shout out to that focus on customer service that really earned my trust. Next time I re-up my vision insurance I'm definitely coming here to get my next pair of prescription sunglasses in the latest styles!

Best optical place I have ever been to. They are very knowledgeable. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Have a large assortment of frames to choose from and their lenses are the BEST. Never would go anywhere else.

Great group of people . I have put off getting new glasses for a long time. My glasses broke so knew I needed to get a new pair. When I called for an appointment the receptionist was friendly and very helpful and got me in the next day. I get very anxious when my glasses are not working correctly so I was frustrated when I arrived but the technician doing the testing and the receptionist were knowledgeable and extremely kind and friendly . The doctor was quiet through most of the exam but when he was done he explained everything in detail and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was the last patient of the day and the staff did not try and rush through my appointment and none of the staff made me feel like they were in a hurry to get me out of there. The man who helped me choose glasses was so helpful in explaining everything . We are fortunate to have Columbus Optical in our great city and especially the wonderful staff! Thank you for your help and friendliness !

I can't say enough good things about Columbus Optical. Even though they did not have a in house doctor, I was able to be seen as if I was in a zoom call. The doctor was able to control the diagnostics and still do a thorough full eye exam. The office staff had the best personality and went above and beyond through all of it. I will definitely be back.
