I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind and very efficient. I was in and out fairly quick, but I didn't feel rushed. Connie at the front desk was above and beyond helpful! Sometimes you just need someone who listens, and that's Connie. She helped me pick the perfect pair glasses and made wonderful conversation. We need more Connie's in the world. 10/10 I would recommend

Arrived early for my appointment, as a new patient. I was taken back before my scheduled time, and from start to finish was an absolutely excellent experience! From the front office staff, Dr. Brown, and getting fitted for glasses with Annie was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at an optometrist office. Will not go anywhere else, 12/10 recommend!

Annie is the best!! So friendly. Very helpful. Has a wonderful sense of humor. I will say if You can get past the small lobby and waiting times, it's a wonderful eye/glasses place. I would put it above others I have been to such as Dr Tavel and eye glass world. They have a specific brand of glasses I like and I'm quite picky.

3/19/2025 These folks have improved their business considerably in the last year. This time, with a 2pm appointment, I was called in at 2pm, my glasses were ready, the technician cleaned them and then agreed to adjust the frames on the glasses I was wearing. Much improved service and terrific work. Bravo, Midwest Eye Consultants. Had a 2 pm appointment to adjust my glasses to fit properly. I checked in and have been here over an hour and still waiting at 3pm. They seem unconcerned about my time. Would not recommend.
