I needed a new nose pad for my frames and unfortunately my eye doctor didn't have one available. They suggested I check with MyEyeDr, which I did. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. One of them quickly looked at my frames and informed me she was confident they had some nose pads that would fit. I waited no more than five minutes while she took my frames and replaced both nose pads, not just the one that needed replaced. This was my first experience here and I'd definitely recommend!

The store could be more efficient in handling different customer requests. I waited almost 30 minutes just to speak with an agent, and the actual conversation took less than five minutes. It would help if the team could parallelize tasks. For example, assisting other customers while someone is choosing lenses or reviewing options. Also, I'm not sure why the front desk wasn't able to give me the refund receipt or simply confirm that the refund had already been processed. It seems there may be a communication gap between the front desk staff and the agent handling these issues.

I keep having terrible experiences here. Last year I waited 45minutes then was taken to a room where I was told it would be my "holding cell" until they can take me back to actually start my appointment. Then they ordered the wrong contacts and I had to go in to take them back. Then when they ordered the correct ones I had to go in again to get them and they said I owed even more for them. I didn't want to go back again but I need new glasses so I scheduled an appointment with them this month. I got a call the morning of my appointment saying the doctor had an emergency and they needed to schedule me out two weeks to see another doctor. I understand things happen but my appointment was supposed to be for today and I received a call this morning saying now this doctor had an emergency and they needed to reschedule. I'm not going back to them at this point.

Once again, support staff disappoints. They forgot to order contacts then, when they arrived I got 2 boxes for right eye and 1 box for left. Last year, they completely ordered the wrong Rx for me. Time to find a new eye dr

Communication wasn't good. I ended driving to your office to pick up my glasses and found the office closed. I had to see if my husband's was in before I left. The lady didn't tell me the office was closed at that time. After I got to the office, I called her back and she oh yes they were closed that day. She should have told me that when I first called.

Overpriced is an understatement. And, service has been frustrating. They told me my glasses were ready for pick up, but when I got there, they couldn't find them.

I went in for annual eye exam and Dr. Deak took time to ask how I was doing then began to assess my eyesight. He did a thorough exam and indicated my prescription needed to be adjusted and suggested new lenses would be beneficial and help my eyesight. So I did get new lenses and picked they up today and they are fantastic! Highly recommend Dr. Deak.
