I had my annual eye exam here for contacts and the doctor told me that my prescription had increased significantly. She gave me the contacts to put in and they were so strong it was like seeing every 3D. The contacts were uncomfortably strong and I'm someone who has been wearing contacts for years, so I know if it doesn't feel right. I asked her to give me lower prescription contacts four times. So basically I was just guessing what felt comfortable in my eyes and what my prescription was. I knew that it wasn't right and i told her when I came back again later that day due to a headache from the prescription being so strong and needing to be lowered again. I went to a different eye doctor a month later and they said that my prescription was 1.00 lower than what she had originally told me my prescription was. The prescription the second doctor gave was very comfortable in my eyes and they rechecked my vision with my contacts in (which sam's club never did). It was the biggest waste of money and you should go somewhere where the doctor actually knows what they are doing.

Sadly, prescription and brand of contacts were not right when doctor reordered. This has happened three times now causing time to be unnecessarily spent returning and the hassle of trying to get confusion resolved. Also, time going without contacts. Doctor definitely needs to work on this.

They never call you back about prescription contacts to let you know when they come in. Doctor has cancelled appointment without any notice. Terribly ran with no one in charge!
