The Stanton in Columbus, IN. has been great. I live in TX and the 2 Stanton's I went to here in TX to get the $79 deal for 2 pairs never had any glasses to choose from. I was In Columbus, IN visiting family and stopped in to see what they had on display. They had a huge selection to choose from that were part of the $79 deal. Sonya was excellent at helping me pick out a frame that fits my face and she was able to ship the glasses to me. Everyone in the store working that day were very friendly.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Stanton Optical in Columbus, Indiana, and I cannot say enough great things about Sonya and Stan! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Sonya is incredibly personable and genuinely takes the time to connect with you. She's also extremely knowledgeable about everything from frame styles to lens options, and she walked me through all of my choices in such a clear and helpful way. It's so refreshing to work with someone who truly knows her craft and cares about making sure you're completely happy with your glasses. Stan was equally impressive -- he is super friendly, accommodating, and goes out of his way to make sure your experience is smooth and stress-free. He helped me feel confident in my decisions and made sure I had everything I needed without feeling rushed or pressured. Both Sonya and Stan made what can sometimes feel like a chore into a fun and positive experience. I left Stanton Optical feeling taken care of and excited about my new glasses. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make this location stand out, and I will absolutely be returning for all my eye care needs. If you're in the area, I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Sonya and Stan -- they are a dream team and truly care about their customers!

Charged a lot more then quoted, cheapest frames and lenses made. Won't fix the problems with the fit of the glasses. There's nothing good about this place. Very disappointed to say the least. Be prepared to pay high prices for cheaply made glasses and seems to be a lack of experience and knowledge from staff. Go anywhere else!

I was very satisfied with the service I received! I went in to get glasses expecting to pay a small fortune and ended up getting two pairs for $79. They made them right there and I left with glasses the same day.

Somehow, I went in to get the $79.95 eye exam and two pairs of glasses and ended pay nearly $400. Annie was very helpful and kind. I understand a few changes were made to my glasses but $300 worth? And I didn't see where the discount was applied for my eye exam. Overall, the store service was great but the price was way higher than expected.

They were great and it was on a Saturday saved my other half and I lots of money and was really helpful!!!! We will be back every time we need to for sure.

this place was amazing and very friendly got service right when i walked in and helped right away and price and deals are fair with insurance and the place is very clean and calm as music plays while you get you're eye needs met and very helpful with telling you instructions on procedures ..very good experience would recommend this place

I did a walk-in, and I was taken care of right away. Everyone in there is beyond nice! I've never walked out of an eye Dr with an accurate prescription until today! My glasses were even made at the store!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!
