I love the Crown Point location. The staff is friendly and Dr Justin is the best. I always feel confident that Dr Justin has my best interests in mind and he's cognizant of the cost, doing what he can to lower my payout and work within my insurance plan. Normally I have positive experiences at Moses Eye Care. But I showed up on time for my appointment, waited 30 minutes, hadn't been seen and there were still others in front of me waiting. I had to reschedule because if I waited any longer (and considering the time for the actual appointment itself) I would have missed obligations I had later in the day.

We arrived and were greeted right away where they took insurance and photo id and told us they would be with us shortly. The lady who did the testing was very nice. The doctor worked well with my daughter who has sensory issues. The lady helping him document things however was rude. The lady who helped with the glasses was sweet but not enough info was given about the glasses and I felt kind of rushed to pick glasses.

I had an eye health emergency and showed up to the office a half an hour before they closed without an appointment because my regular eye doc office had just closed. The Moses doc said she'd see me and I'm so grateful. Highly recommend due to skill, but also compassion.

Dr. Justin is great! Unfortunately, I have to give the facility a low score because I've had to go 3 times and still don't have eye glasses that work. First time, wrong lenses ordered. Second time, wrong lenses ordered, but was told to try them on fresh eyes. Honestly it felt like I was wearing drunk goggles. Third trip, it was discovered that my rx was entered wrong AGAIN! So, probably over 6-8 weeks and still no glasses that actually are wearable. I know human error happens, but this many times with the same pair of glasses. Again, Dr. Justin and his assistants are great professionals, but it really matters that these details be paid close attention to in order to avoid these costly delays.
