Williams Eye Institute - PEC

Didn't even get to meet the doctor who is very respectful and great at his job because the staff was so awful. I refused to have my dad be seen. The receptionist, who should of greeted us with a smile refused to give her name, was nasty, disrespectful, and rude. Her face literally manifested when I called her ma'am. I asked for a supervisor who was also unwilling to give the receptionist name. My mother was supposed to go here last year, got lost on her way to her appointment called and tried to get help with directions and was met with annoyance and a bad attitude to the point where she canceled her appointment and decided to go somewhere else... Should of taken her word for it. Unreal, doctor probably has no clue any of this is even happening. *** Edit***Funny the person responding to the review must have been one of the people I talked to because no where did I mention anything about being frustrated about missing an appointment. Your doctors have no clue your front desk employee was totally out of line because your HR person is covering for them. I'm leaving a poor review cause I was attacked verbally by your staff member and HR refused to do anything about it. So sad for your doctors who have built their reputation on merritt and positive experiences. You're single-handedly ruining it on the front end without their knowledge.

I have gone 3 times everytime they where over booked each time. Waited more the 1/2 . The front staff was busy talking about there personal lifes what they did over the week end every appointment. Samantha was very unprofessional and rude. She had religious music playing in the room. Which is very offensive and added stress. Also made a big deal about not taking the pressure of my eye. Which I explained I had a bad experience w this so I refused which then she gave more attitude.The doc did it once in 6 weeks and found nothing. Samantha stated I had dry eyes which I new nothing about. When I asked the doctor about dry eye she stated my eyes were fine not dry not sure were Samantha got the info. I went there for swollen eye. The doc was very nice and professional. The experience made me very fustrated and not trust the staff.

Set your fear aside and don't put off your cataract procedure. Maybe the word surgery is what would make you worry. I was referred by my retina doctor to William's Eye Institute located at 9797 Massachusetts Crown Point, In. 46307 At the time of your 1st visit you will know this is where you are supposed be. I am so pleased with all the staff and doctors.Also especially grateful for the kindness and skill of Dr. Blake Williams. The results achieved immediately after the cataract procedure is better than you may expect. No patch,no pain! It will be safe to drive at night again,no halos. Best of all, no more worries,you did it!

They are very professional and knowledgeable in the field of eye care. Their staff are very warm and attentive to your needs. First rate in every detail. I just had cataract surgery done on both eyes, and it was very successful. They gave me my vision back in ways I couldn't have ever imagined. I am so thankful and appreciative of the Williams family. I would very highly recommend them for any eye care issues you might have.

Dr.Anne is Amazing. Christina is Wonderful,she so nice and so sweet, listen very carefully and pleasant. I recommend this place to everyone.. Thank you for your Service.

I have been a patient of Dr. Doug Williams since the early 1990's. Everything he predicted over time has come to pass regarding my eye health. I recently had cataract surgery on both of my eyes at the Crown Point location. I couldn't be happier! I am seeing great without glasses or contacts and the outlook for my vision is great for the future. Both surgeries were very pleasant experiences. The surgical staff was caring and skilled. Dr. Doug knows his trade so well, it didn't even seem like I was having surgery. I had Lisa Saks, OD for my after surgery care. Very professional and knowledgeable. She worked with Dr. Doug to provide me the best solution for both of my eyes. I am in a unique niche of people that had RK in the 1990's. I needed some detailed care to optimize my vision moving forward. And finally, I want to thank other office staff (like Trina) that helped fill in with needed information and encouragement to help me make the decision to have surgery.

I cannot just thank one doctor or staff member at Williams Eye Institute. I have to think every doctor and staff member at Williams Eye Institute. when I first went in to Williams Eye Institute with a problem with my eyes, they went above and beyond my expectations. They take the time to listen to you and explain what is going on with your problem from the doctors to the staff members are so kind there I would recommend them to anybody that has a problems.
