I went in for a follow up appointment and run a specific test. After paying the 50 copay was told the machine was broken and have to come back in in a month which I'm sure I will get charged again. A simple call that the machine was unavailable and to reschedule would have solved this issue but no one called me.
The doctor is very nice and helpful but need to communicate before unnecessary appointments that could be rescheduled.
