Dr. Pernic provided an incredibly gracious and professional experience. She took my emergency call over the weekend, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided a thorough, knowledgeable explanation for what I was experiencing. She offered to come across town that day for a consultation if it would make me feel better, but her coaching made me feel comfortable just scheduling a visit that Monday. Her urgency and kindness had me bragging about her to friends and family. I highly recommend the Elkhart clinic for their services and friendliness. If everyone there operates like Dr. Pernic, you'll be in great hands.

I cannot even begin to tell you how impressed I was by Grossnickle Eye Center, by Dr. Ann Madden, and by the entire staff! From a very first call to the office, I knew I was in good hands! I have found my permanent eye care facility and I could not be happier! Dr. Madden and her staff are absolutely precious! Not only are they so knowledgeable, but they make you feel at ease, they listen to your concerns, they empathize with what you may be dealing with and they give you the eye care you deserve. Because of a negative referral from another doctor I was treated unprofessional and never got the exam I was there for. When I asked the doctor if I needed new glasses, she said not at this time. The thing is, she never did the exam to tell if I did need a change in glasses. She gave me some eye drops and told me to come back in a year. I am 83 and have never been treated with such disrespect.
