Michiana Eye Center

Greeted with a friendly gal at the front desk and had paperwork to sign and then was able to wait for a few minutes to get called back to see the eye specialist. Fast accurate diagnosis was made and I was able to get home in a timely manner! I would recommend Michiana Eye Center for anyone who needs eye care!

I love Dr. Brown and Michiana Eye Center. I've been going to Michiana Eye Center for 3 years. During the worst of my eye trouble I sometimes had to go in twice or even three times a week, I've been seen in their office well over 30 times due to emergencies. Without fail, every single appointment I had excellent care in a very timely manner. Dr. Brown actually cares about her patients and she listens in a way that you can't find everywhere. I briefly had to go to a specialist elsewhere and I insisted on going back to Michiana Eye Center the moment my eyes were stable again because it was a nightmare at every turn there. Thank you Dr. Brown!

Michiana Eye Center provided an absolutely outstanding experience for both my 13-year-old son and me. From the initial phone call to schedule our appointments, through the comprehensive eye exams, and finally while selecting frames and contact lenses, every staff member was genuinely friendly and professional. We especially appreciated how the team took the time to clearly explain each step of the process, ensuring we understood the procedures and results. Their dedication to answering our questions in an easily digestible manner made us feel completely comfortable and informed throughout our entire visit. We highly recommend Michiana Eye Center for their exceptional service and patient-centered care.

I was very pleased with michiana eye care. I got an appointment for the next day. Didn't have to schedule weeks in advance. My exam was very thorough. The entire staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I will continue to work with them for all of my optical needs.

They are all kind but my glasses have had to be sent back 3 times because they are not right. I have had glasses my entire life and I am 43. I've never had this issue. They are trying to rectify the situation and gave me a free upgrade on my lenses. But that's a different situation. They never went over the lenses and prices with me and my insurance should have covered most, if not, all of it. I had to pay $158 that day. Then later when she mentioned it, I told her she never even went over the lenses and prices with me at all. She measured my eyes, gave me a bill to pay at the front desk and sent me on my way. I have to go back tomorrow to redo my exam so they can figure my glasses out. I will update if I am happy with the results.

Even tho not a patient I walked in the door with something in my eye. Upon a thorough examination it was determined I had an eyelash poking my eye and it was promptly removed. Within 45 minutes a walk in non patient was promptly and courteously treated and out the door. Very impressive and appreciated! Dave VanZile
