Ugh, I'm so bummed I have to write this.... I came here because of the 5 start rating, but...
I had my eyes checked around the holidays, and waited 4 weeks for the glasses to come in... understood why, it's the holidays... but, the rx was wrong and the glasses needed to be remade. Well, it's nearly 4 weeks later again, and I've heard nothing and can not get an answer on the phone OR a call back
The office manager and docs were all really nice though.
I would still recommend because of the staff
Also, if you're glasses don't work out, you will NOT be able to return them, just be aware.

I ordered contacts from them months ago and got no update on the contacts arrival. Since I moved to DC, I was told they could be mailed in November and I have not received any contacts. I continue to call but have not been able to reach anyone. Overall, the customer service is poor and inconsistent.
