I was able to easily make an appointment online for the next day. Staff were all pretty friendly. I though the prices were fair and appreciated the variety of eyeglasses to choose from. Being able to get my glasses the same day was awesome. I verified with multiple people that this would be an eyeglass only exam and I did not need an updated contact lens prescription. The eye doctor gave me one anyway and I was charged for the contact lens fitting. That wasn't made known to me until after I paid. Also, unsure if it was staff or something the computer does automatically when you book online, but I was scheduled an appointment for next year that I did not ask for and will need to take the time to cancel. I won't come back for eye appointments but I will continue to get glasses here for the convivence of same day.

I actually decided to go from Eyeglass Mart to Eyeglass World because of all the positive reviews, especially regarding Dr. Syed. He was absolutely amazing. As far as the remaining staff, I'm not a fan, nor was I impressed to say the least. Not only did they mess up my glasses, they acted like I was the problem from the get go. I went in after both my husband and I received texts that our glasses were ready. I gave our names to the lady that greeted me, she found mine right away but said "your husband's is not here" I told her I knew he got a text that were ready...her response was "noooooooo, because if he had gotten a text then his glasses would be here now wouldn't they be!" As she is telling me this she also jestered it like I was completely incapable of understanding anything. Well, that set the mood for the entire visit after that. I called my husband to verify if he had received a text, she interrupted me, and said "this is completely not necessary because I already told you if he had received a text then they would be here, this is a waste of my time. At that point, my husband who heard her was like "whoa, what's her problem?" Thankfully another employee could tell that this was just unacceptable, got up and said she would look. She opened the cabinet, and within 30 seconds, and I mean 30 seconds, she located my husband's glasses. I did not receive an apology from the her and not only that the assistant manager was behind her and never said a word about her behavior. I left with returning the glasses because they said I needed to get use to them. I could not see out of my peripheral vision whatsoever. They said the only difference was the curve of my old glasses to the new ones and if they tried to fix it it would be the same issue. So, I went back to Eyeglass Mart and I just got my glasses and they were perfectly made. So, I guess, lesson learned. I'll stick to the eyeglass place that doesn't treat their customers like trash and can actually make glasses correctly.

Went to get glasses for my roommate who's only pair broke pretty late at night since we're all third shifters in our house. Was told that they would be done the next morning. But Joe and Shelby were really awesome in the lab in the back and were able to turn them out in an hour and we were able to pick them up the same night. Kristen helped to get the order together. Andrea did a awesome fit on the pair that got finished tonight. Overall a very awesome experience in the store. A very awesome team effort.

What is phenomenal experience, the general manager at the store Rick is amazing very experienced at what he does makes you feel very comfortable doesn't rush you make sure he asks everything twice just so you don't regret leaving anything behind. Superb phenomenal place.

Got Insurance on a pair of Oscar 725 glasses Premium. Went in when they broke from constant wear and they replaced them right on the spot. No hassle. Thanks Chanta and Rick.

Mike assisted me with the purchase of sunglasses. I never had prescription sunglasses beforehand. Ralph Lauren to say the least. He was patient. I was new to the pricing & terminology. Mike advised me throughout the process. Very inexpensive. No hidden fees or mixed signals. There was money leftover to donate to their charity. I love it there. Thank you Mike. Also thanks to Ricky for setting up my appointment & cleaning my glasses. Wipes only from here on out. Those cloths don't work well due to my make-up. Happy Holidays

Great customer service and a great store! Stopped in for an emergency boys eyeglass adjustment during a basketball game, and they took great care of us! Fast, efficient, and definitely know what they're doing. Highly recommend.

Everyone was so helpful and made it a fun experience! Dr. Syed was amazing and worked quickly while still making it a fun experience! And of course we can't forget Rick, it's always a great time.. with the exception of jumping ever time they do the puff of air
