New patient- experience terrible. They need to hire different front office staff. Such a rude heavier set lady up front who handles billing. I cried after I left and just had to deal with them again and I could just cry. I have a quote # and bill in front of my face! She's trying to tell me the sky is red lady news flash! It's blue!!!! My god! Please save yourself some trouble.

I love this office! Dr. Teel is a perfectionist. She spent an inordinate amount of time figuring out my prescription. I had a complicated issue with my vision and she was very detailed, caring, and helpful to get it right. I tried trial lenses for several weeks until she was satisfied that I had the best fit and vision possible. I have never had a doctor care so much and be so helpful. I have been going to Dr. Teel for many years and will not go anywhere else. She's the best! Her staff is also wonderful!
