Purchasing a new car or even a new pair of glasses can sometimes be a bit stressful, especially when trying a new place to do business. Despite having many positive experiences with providers back east, I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm happy to share that my recent experience at LensCrafters was outstanding. Logan and Dr. Sandra Robel, who performed my eye exam, provided excellent service, affordable pricing, and real value. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Financial considerations are important, and I've found that LensCrafters offers the best overall value. I had considered other providers thinking I might get a better deal, but after this experience, I'm confident LensCrafters is the best choice. I don't often write reviews, but when exceptional service meets great value, it deserves to be shared. I plan to continue doing business with LensCrafters and would gladly give them unlimited stars for their outstanding service. I highly recommend them! Go see Logan for his expertise and ask for Dr. Sandra Robel for your eye exam! They provide outstanding service, excellent value, and a smooth, friendly experience.

Cora was amazing! She was patient, knowledgeable, and so very kind to fit me to the new world of wearing prescription glasses. She also helped my daughter with contacts for a great price and a year supply! 10/10 service. Look up Cora at the Fort Wayne store in Glenbrook mall!

I really enjoy this Len crafters. The staff there is really pleasant. This visit I went without help and sometimes it's hard to pick glasses when you don't have someone to ask how you look. Reed helped me this time and asked me questions I hadn't consider like am I used to nose pads or wire frames. I alway have a good experience at this branch!

It was a great experience. Reed spent the time and took exact measurements to make sure the changes in my progressive lenses were perfect for me. Thank you Reed for such great service.

I went to the store to buy sunglasses, nobody came to help me, I approached to a sales guy and he said "everyone was busy and asked me to wait" when finally a girl decided to help me, she was not in the best mood, she did not look at me, she did not clean the sunglasses before packing them (they were all full of finger prints) she made some disgusting faces because of my accent. I do not recommend this store due to my experience.

It was on a whim while at Glenbrook I stopped in. I had been really unhappy with the frame selection at my eye doctor's and so I was on the lookout for a cool frame and whaddaya know. I found one. So I scheduled an appointment to get my eyes examined and then ordered the glasses. They arrived in a mere two days. They were perfect. Then I was hit with a basketball and the perfection went away. I have been in many times and they still didn't feel right. Today Betsy made them right again. I'm really thrilled because nothing bugs me more than ill-fitting glasses. The whole experience from start - up to today with Betsy really going out of her way to help - has been awesome. Highly recommend.
