Family UNFRIENDLY. They will only take two appointments in one day. I have to waste my time coming back instead of being seen today.
Asked for an appointment reminder text, they didn't send it. Called back the next day and would not send it. They send a text with forms to fill out, so I know they had my cell number correct.

Such a friendly, positive atmosphere and happy, upbeat staff. The doctor really listened to my questions and concerns and provided helpful feedback. I was completely out of my contacts and had mentioned my allergies and dry eyes. She suggested daily wear lens and provided me with 2 weeks of lens to sample. If you're looking for a great eye doctor Longe Optical is amazing! I'll never go anywhere else

I don't know if my complaint is as much to do with the staff at Lounge Optical or whomever created the web page. It asked me to request a time for an eye exam. Back to back days I requested a time for the following day....as it only gives the option to choose one time. Also states that I would receive a call within an hour during normal business hours. Yesterday, nobody returned my request with a call. Today I received a follow up call about 3 hours after my request, which was after 9am business hours. I have always received fantastic service from Lounge Optical on North Anthony for years. This is my 1st attempt with the Pine Valley office. I may just go a different direction with my business. This is also my first time making a complaint about any business. I certainly hope others will be given the service I missed out on.
