Longe Optical

Went today to get my daughters glasses adjusted because we live close by. First thing out of her mouth is we might break them, and we're not responsible. Okay, not the best thing to say when you're in the business of customer service but I let her work on the glasses anyway. She then pulls out a pair of pliers, and I ask her, will that mess up the finish? She says it might, I told her just stop and we left. I don't understand how someone can be so oblivious?! If I could give a negative star rating I would. Do not go here, find a different place for your glasses! I went back to New Haven optical, where we bought her glasses, and the customer service is a thousand times better than this place! If you want great customer service and an awesome eye doctor, go to New Haven Optical!

I did my eye appointment to get new contacts back in November '25. Jonathan Szczerba was my eye doctor for that appointment and I have only good things to say. He took the time to understand how I wore my contacts and helped me to make an informed decision on what type and brand to select. He took extra care to make sure I was fitted correctly and also made sure all my questions were addressed. He is a fantastic eye doctor and I will definitely be returning.

My child lost her glasses on a rollercoaster on a Monday. We got back into town on that Tuesday and I called in for an emergency appointment to get new ones. Our usual location let us know that the Anthony Blvd. location could fit us in the next day for an eye exam and to order new glasses. We had a great experience with all of the staff there. I asked for the glasses order to be rushed because my kid was only in town for a few days before leaving again for weeks. They committed to getting them done within a couple business days, which was a massive relief especially for my child to be able to enjoy her summer trips. We were THRILLED with the staff, service, variety of glasses options, and their willingness and ability to fulfill our urgency need. Great experience all around!

My first time here at longe optical & I couldn't leave the parking lot without writing a review, I was HIGHLY impressed! Lyra at the front desk was so kind and welcoming, she made me feel comfortable and explained every thing while it happened. Once I was finished with my exam she already had three pairs of glasses that were covered by insurance & three pair that weren't, they were exactly my style! Doctor who did my exam was also as kind as her. They go above & beyond, ill be a returning customer for sure

I had an amazing experience, everyone was super friendly. Nice environment and good vibes. 10/10 nice choices in glasses too.

Lounge Optical on N. Anthony Blvd has the best service anywhere. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were focused on the needs of the customer. There isn't a better place to get you glasses.

Just wanted to start by saying I went to a different optical (not Longe) to get a eye exam and hopefully some new glasses and walking in the door it was just bad energy the optician look like he didn't want to be there. The doctor came out, asking me if I had any insurance and it seemed like he was talking at me not to me. I told them yeah and gave them my insurance And they basically sort of rudely told me that They don't accept it so I was willing to pay cash but the more I walked around and looked at glasses the more I didn't like the way i was being spoken to especially since I'm coming here to spend cash even though I have insurance! so I left called my insurance just to see what places may Except me and longe was one of them. I felt better about getting my eyes Checked at longe Optical just by talking on the phone with them I felt a sense of relief. I told the gentleman on the phone about the sense of urgency that I had in my need for glasses and he got me an appointment the same week the day of the appointment I walk in a little bit Leary because of my past experience at the last Optical. So I walk again and I am greeted by everyone. I felt so welcome. The optician Lyra Began to help right away she was so pleasant and I could tell she really loves her job. Dr.Szczerba Super cool he did a wonderful job on my eye exam. He was very Knowledgeable and quick and made me feel extremely comfortable. So coming into this appointment, they told me that glasses should take 7 to 10 days to arrive after seeing my prescription (IM BLIND) Lyra Made it her business to get my glasses done the SAME DAY and believe it or not they were done within 2 1/2 hours of me leaving! I love this optical! The entire team was awesome. I highly recommend this location.!!

I went to Longe on North Anthony for both contacts and glasses on Thursday, June 13. Dr. Pham was so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed, even though it was the end of the day, and she answered all of my questions. I was checked in quickly by a friendly, professional team (I think the employees working were Mira, Emari, and Ethan). The atmosphere was very positive, and Ethan went an extra mile by running multiple prices to compare different deals and how to best use my insurance coverage. The team also helped me choose frames I loved within my goal budget, which was hugely appreciated since I tend to be indecisive!
