I truly cherish this location! Every person I've met here has been incredibly kind and supportive. The service is exceptional, and the staff genuinely cares about making your experience wonderful. It really makes a difference!

This location is the closest to my house of any optical store so I routinely stop in to get my glasses adjusted as I did a few hours ago. I am always impressed with how friendly and helpful they are. I gave them my information, including insurance today and after I have cataract surgery plan to come here if I need new glasses. Really a pleasant experience visiting them. Oh, and on a side note, the negative review below stating that the kid was coughing and they were "rudely" asked to leave? Totally don't believe it. Anyone can write anything on here.

It was incredible! The staff is always so great and friendly. Second time here and it's still my fav place to get my glasses! They are so helpful in your choices and helping explain to you about bifocals and how they will work for you and how to adjust to them. Thanks to this amazing staff for all their help!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Prible was wonderful! She made me feel very comfortable and had a very easy way of talking to me. I feel more confident that my prescription will be correct for me than I ever have before. I feel like extra attention was paid to make sure that we got it exactly right. It was a fantastic experience!

I don't usually review stuff like clinics, but I just have to say that I really appreciate the staff at Longe. My doctors have always been super great about explaining stuff and generally being friendly. I've had lots of good experience with staff, including Damien, who was there for my first two trips and remembered me the second time and even asked about the horse I owned at the time. I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Sydney--she is absolutely amazing. I had been waiting for trial contacts for a month (no fault of Longe, the manufacturer put them on back order) and Sydney did a great job calling reps and getting information about it. I was going on vacation to Florida, and didn't have prescription sunglasses, so I was really worried about that the entire time I was waiting on my contacts. When I talked to Sydney about it two days before I went on vacation, she was super empathetic (and she had been super patient with me during all the calls I had made to Longe that month). She managed to talk to a doctor and get me a different brand of trials THE NEXT DAY that were not exact prescription, but were close. They have worked great so far and I'm super thankful Sydney was able to take care of it before I left the next day. She is kind, friendly, patient, and really takes care of her people. She is the best!

Great experience. Doctor and staff were terrific. Hopefully the delivered product will be as premium as the service received. This is my third time visiting this location and purchasing product. Sydney is a gem. She should be considered for a promotion as she provides great care, communication, and she is extremely knowledgeable to assist others (staff and customers)

My experience was excellent. Vixen, the store manager, couldn't have been nicer and everyone else I interacted with were very nice as well. My optometrist was professional and informative, and made sure I understood the eye test and he answered my questions thoroughly. My glasses were ready to be picked up even sooner than I expected and Vixen made sure they fitted me properly and I was pleased with them. Just a very satisfying experience and I highly recommend this location to get your eyeware.
