Martin Eye Clinic PC

The situation I experienced in the exam room is unbelievable. I've never been treated like this as a patient anywhere before. The new glasses were giving me headaches and eye strain, so I went for an appointment with the doctor. He rechecked my eyes. My prescription is different. He actually told me it wouldn't be different if I gave him the correct answers the first time!! I said I gave him the correct answers and asked if he's blaming me. He said it's impossible for my prescription to change like this and repeated that if I would have given correct answers the first time, it wouldn't be different. I told him I didn't like that he scolded me like a child when I went back about the problem with the new contacts. He claimed he didn't scold me. It turned into an argument as this doctor stuck to his guns that I was the cause. I told him he best believe this will be on social media. He said, and I quote, "do you want me to help you or not?" My reply, "you're telling me you won't help me?". He said that I shouldn't threaten to blast this on social media if I want his help. I reminded him it's office policy to replace the lenses once. He didn't want to talk to me anymore so he took me out front to have the staff finish the process. This has gotten lengthy, but I want to be sure to provide others a clear idea of how this experience went. I was feeling shaky after this encounter. To say his "bedside manner" is shoddy is still steps above how he treated me.

Recently, we decided we were going to switch to Martin Eye Clinic. We had our appointment scheduled for March and September 2026. I had an emergency situation come up that my current eye doctor was being difficult to reach and schedule with. I reached out to Dr. Martin and the staff was more than happy to assist me. I called them and explained what was happening and they got me in within a half hour. He gave me an extensive eye exam. I am so glad that we are switching to Dr. Martin based on what we we encountered. I feel confident with the care we will receive going forward. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Martin for your concern and care.

Dr. Martin was kind and very professional. He took the time to fully explain everything to me about my son's vision. He was extremely patient with my autistic son, and with me when I couldn't find the words for the question I had (I don't have glasses and have very limited knowledge in this area). The staff was also very nice and helpful!! I recommend this clinic to everyone, especially those with special needs.

My son had an appointment at the same time the Solar Eclipse was happening. Dr Brad was prepared with fancy glasses for all of us to be able to enjoy the moment. Thanks for the fun experience.

Not the most professional staff, doctor was okay, not the best bedside manner. Communication from front staff was lackluster. I practically had to coerce all the information I got about money and prescriptions etc. they all seemed confused or taken aback by my normal questions like they've never serviced an adult before. Just a weird vibe overall

My daughter absolutely loves to come here for her exam, which speaks volumes about the care that we receive from the doctors as well as the whole staff. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

The Doc (Scott) is great and the Staff are very nice and helpful. I recommend Martin Eye Clinic to anyone i know.

If i could leave lower I would. I sent my daughter in to pick up her new glasses. I drive otr. She called and simply said mom im here can you send me the money now. The rude receptionist gave her attitude gave a late fee for her pick up. Since when did they start charging late fees to pick up your own glasses. Jesus im sorry I actually work for my money. Well I could go on but I won't. I will say this. Last time we go there.
