Went to the location on Paulding Road and let's just say I would never go back should have went to the location out west. They are rude predominantly black women working at this location and their customer service skills are not very good. My daughter has been waiting almost 2 months for her glasses. Received a text stating they are ready only to call and they tell me it was an error her glasses are in fact not ready. She needs them for school and it's been nothing but issues with them. Still haven't received her glasses wonder if there is a way to cancel the order and go to a different location.

This eye doctors office NEVER answers their phones you ALWAYS have to leave a voice mail and wait for them to call back. Ontop of the fact that I waited for almost a month for them to get my daughters glasses back for her to be able to use them. 4 weeks is ridiculous.

Wow what a difference these new glasses are over my 8 year old ones. I quess I should visit more often. The staff and Dr at Midwest Paulding road office were so helpful. My appointment and exam was rite on time and a few days later had my new glasses. Perfect fit and it's like I have a fresh set of new eyes crystal clear. Thanks to all the staff.

I was billed for services in August thru 9/2 of 2025. I was not there on any of those dates nor were those services rendered because of course my eyes were not there. The total bill was almost $500. I had vision insurance and Medicare so any charges which I legitimately incurred should be covered. There is no excuse for this missile as no insurance company would pay for the same services day after day.

Two days ago I accidentally sat on my extremely lightweight and extremely expensive glasses which left them flat as a pancake (not an exaggeration). I went to the Midwest Eye Consultants store on Pauling Rd in Fort Wayne. The team of ladies there were miracle workers. After we all had a good laugh, they literally brought my glasses back to life. You would never even know that they had been damaged. The staff there was very knowledgeable, professional but also seemed to enjoy their work and customers. . . and it was contagious. : ) What a great combination!! Highly Recommend.

Worst place to go. I broke my glasses so I went to order a replacement pair. They ordered them and said it would be about 10 days. It took 30 days just to find out they only ordered the frames, not the lenses. So now I probably have to wait another 30 days for my lenses. Do not go here.
