Amani was greatly helpful. I didn't really know what I was looking for but I had an idea of what type of glasses I wanted. She took the time to walk me around and show me what options are covered by my insurance, and also told me where to look for similar designs of what I wanted. She took her time to find what I described, and I ended up finding the perfect glasses that were fully covered by my insurance. She also was kind enough to answer my question of what else was covered by my insurance, and the benefits of other options that are extra but may be convenient for me. I really appreciate her help, and it's nice to see someone young with knowledge and great work ethic.

Everyone we've worked with here has been great. Our tech today was Steven and he was so great. My daughters are very inquisitive and outgoing and he was so patient and kind. Don't bother trying to call them with any questions or concerns you might have. Call tree says press 5 if you have questions or concerns about your care. They'll let it ring for a short time then send it to voicemail. Every single time. And if you leave a voicemail, good luck getting a return call. Staff seems great when you're there in person though.

I'm not going to lie to you, in the past i had a bad experience with this location but i returned to give them another shot and I'm so glad i did!!
I've had glasses since the 4th grade. I am now 48 years old and for the first time in my life I picked up new glasses and did not get dizzy. Within hours my recently cronic headache went away and my vision is completely perfect. I'm honestly shocked as i had a big change in my prescription and expected a transition phase as usual but he somehow got it exactly right!
Couldn't be happier!

Extremely irritated as how my experience has been so far, staff is very nice but ..
I received the wrong color glasses for one but was told " they're super close in color & look good on you", called to figure out when I could pick them up never answered & they had been sitting there the whole time, paid extra for the glare free yet it's worse to the point where I have to take my glasses off at night so I don't think it was even added, I have called ( never answers) and left voice mails to speak with someone about adjustments & have given up. The communication is awful & won't be coming back.

I've been going there for about 15 years and have never had a bad visit. Yesterday's 10/26/2023 Aprox 2:30 pm, I was there to pick up glasses. I signed in and had a seat while a lady was right there at the computer. I sat down. I saw and heard 3 young ladies laughing, talking, walking back and forth in the same little area. NO ONE WAITING BUT ME! After 30 minutes, I asked another receptionist if she could have the ladies over there to do more work and less talking. I was waited on, but the lady NEVER ASKED ME TO TRY MY GLASSES ON TO SEE IF THEY FIT RIGHT OR TO MEASURE THE LINES IN MY LENSES. She was nicely RUDE!!! AGAIN I SAY WORST VISIT EVER IN OVER 15 YEARS OR SO. NOTE I LOVE MY GLASSES BUT THE SERVISE WAS AWFUL. CONSIDERING CHANGING LOCATIONS!
