Oh, where do I start? If giving zero stars were an option, I'd snap it up in a heartbeat. Go anywhere else,trust me, you'll thank yourself.
The receptionist? Absolutely delightful, if you enjoy rudeness as a service. The phone system? Pure genius: it just rings somewhere in the back like magic, and no one answers. And the staff? Masters of excuses: "UPS lost it," "the snow delayed it," "we didn't send it," "oh, we forgot", so impressive, it's almost an art form.
Want kids' glasses? Only a casual 6-8 week wait! And when you get them... drumroll... just basic reading glasses. Nothing to write home about. Honestly, I can't figure out how they're still open. But hey, if wasting time and patience is your thing, knock yourself out.

From walking in, Jeleah at the front desk was friendly and efficient. Then Andie the tech, did a wonderful job with the early tests, as someone who struggles with the air test and eye drops, she did great, was kind, and answered my questions exceptionally. Finally I met Dr Gray and Jocelyn who made the inspection feel professional and thorough, giving me peace of mind with my eye health, while Jocelyn covered future appointments with a kind and understanding manner. The staff here is the gold standard, with Andie being the best tech I've had for eye exams, and everyone being both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Absolutely recommend trying them out.

I took my son there a little over 3 weeks ago. I was told by the eye technician that our insurance plan didn't cover glasses. I assured her it did and she said I would need to call my insurance. Which I did and they verified glasses were covered. Then my insurance had to call them to let them know. This all could have been avoided if the eye technician just called my insurance instead of me. We are now over 3 weeks I received a text that the glasses are in and to call for a fitting. I've called 9 times in 3 days and left 5 messages and haven't received a call back to schedule the fitting. My son is getting very bad headaches and the glasses are paid for, but I can't get a hold of anyone to pick them up. Absolutely awful customer service. This is my first and last time ever going here. No wonder they could get him in so quickly

*Update- They didn't submit visit to my insurance that I provided at the time of the exam and billed me direct for full amount. I called to ask about this and they weren't sure why it wasn't sent to insurance.
Dont make an appointment if your time isn't valuable. I have been waiting an hour so far, arrived 15 minutes early too. Office is dated and somewhat dirty. People are nice, but nice doesn't check my eyes in a somewhat timely manner
