I had a list of providers from my employer to get safety glasses, so I saw that MyEyeDr was one of the providers. I had just finished an appointment at the VA and noticed this office was less than two blocks away, so I stopped in there. I had paperwork and prescription in hand, and was greeted immediately. Less than five minutes later an employee came out and brought over a selection of safety glasses. When I say selection, I mean a huge selection, so I picked what I liked and was measured for bifocals. Then they entered all the information they needed, then I was out the door. I'm thinking it was about twenty to twenty five minutes total, unbelievable efficiency. Thank you.

I have been a client for 30 plus years but I will never return. I have made payments for 30 years, never did not pay. This year I was told I had to pay in full. So now 6 weeks later I will give them my last dime to get my much needed glasses and you can bet I will never return

Asked to put 65.00 dollars down on sunglass I wanted. Then pay off on the coming wenseday the 8th. And was told cant do that. So even though I have family working for my eye Dr. I will be finding another place and never come back again. My eye Dr. Fort Wayne indiana on lake Avenue. Not use again.

Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time with only one person ahead of me when I arrived. I ended up leaving as there was no doctor there anyway and I would have ended up talking to the doctor over a zoom call. This is not ok.

We are new to this office and I could not be happier. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and you just feel so good after your visit.
