Honestly one of the best places I have been for an eye exam. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. Loved the way they explained things for my daughter. When it came to picking out glasses, they were so attentive with my daughter and even complimented on what matches her face. Such an amazing experience overall. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Zachman was extremely kind and patient 10/10!!! The reception staff were also very friendly and greeted me immediately! When my glasses were ready for pick up everyone let me know how good they looked on me which was quite the confidence boost. I would highly recommend this eye doctor for anyone with who struggles with medical anxiety. I've never felt more relaxed and calm!!! They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable the entire time!

I had an excellent new patient appointment at Northeast Family Eyecare in Fort Wayne! Dr. Zachman and staff provided the friendliest and most thorough care I could have asked for. Dr. Zachman even put me at ease regarding some new vision concerns that I had. I highly recommend this practice to manage your family's eyecare!

Very friendly staff. They do a very thorough exam and explain everything they do. I love the one on one attention I get. Definitely worth checking out if looking for new Optometrist.

I got my eyes examined here and had to have cataracts removed by an Eye surgery Center. Then I returned because I realized I needed glasses for reading. I again had a complete examination. These Docs are so good, they have the most up to date equipment. I don't know how many different ones they used but I can't believe the new technology to help them give us the best vision possible. When the sweet technician helped me pick out a pair of glasses, she went right to the shelved walls and picked out just the right ones. I loved the color and the frames were perfect for my face. I have gotten so many compliments. They are staying up to date with the new fashionable trend of eye wear. Then on top of everything they stayed with my budget, my insurance covered it all. The only cost I had was buying a magnetic attached sunglass which are also perfect for my face. I've needed my frames to be adjusted because sometimes I'm not careful with my glasses. I just pop in , they welcome me back and they are adjusted fast at no cost. All the girls at the desk are so friendly!!! I would give a lot more stars if I could.

Always a good experience with Drs Pavell and Zachman and their staff. Very competent and friendly team. Annual exam including eye dilation and new glasses ordered in under an hour. I have never had any issues with the lens prescriptions as they change from year to year. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, both in the exam and in choosing frames for glasses. They have a nice selection of frames in a range of prices. And even during a nasty snowstorm, everyone was on the job, friendly and competent.

The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. The staff was great. I'm glad I chose them as my new eye care team
