First, I would like to give the Optometrist 5 stars. She was great! The day of my exam, I walked out being very satisfied with the service. However, that all changed when I went to pick up my glasses. I approached the counter and said I was there to pick up my glasses. The guy got them out, slammed them on the counter and said, there you go. I just looked at him and thought, are you serious. I've had many eye exams in my life and it's always been the same routine. When you go to pick up your glasses, an employee takes you over to a desk, has you try them on, makes any necessary adjustments, and makes sure you're satisfied. I didn't get that. I got my glasses slammed on a counter and pretty much told, you're on your own. I've had my glasses home for a little over a week now and have barely worn them. They needed adjustments and those should have been taken care of when I picked them up. I shouldn't have to make another trip to ask them to do what they should have done when I was there. I won't be recommending this company to anyone I know.

Love Pearle Vision at Jefferson Pointe. Will never go anywhere else! Dr. Frazier is top notch!!! She is amazing! I've worn contacts off and on for a long, long time and they've never been 'right'. The Pearle Vision that was in Glenbrook mall was great, I had no problems with anything but this place? Me and my spouse ordered three pairs of glasses and a month and half later only one pair is in and they never call you back to update you. The manager and doctors are good, everyone else is ... terrible

Our insurance paid 100% but they have been charging us out of pocket. My hubby has good vision insurance and we just learned this from our insurance. They refused to print a receipt on site of what we were charged for and never emailed me the vision or receipts. Today charges my son nearly 200 dollars and we've never paid that much. We will no longer do business with pearl vision and we've been long time customers. Compare what you pay with your insurance and don't believe what they tell you like we did. They are ripping people off. The lady this year never once asked us what we wanted in our glasses, she chose for us so why should we pay for anything we didn't choose. Diamond over charged us, refused a full refund, a month later we still don't have glasses. Disputed charges with our bank and health card and contacted vsp to let them know what they did. Never had issues all the years we went to the Glen brook mall one. We won't be back.

I have an amazing experience at Pearle Vision. Diamond is so great at her job! So is TJ, very sweet and great customer service skill. Dr Michelle Fraser went above and beyond, trying her best to give me the right prescription. I absolutely recommend this place for your eye exam and also to get your glasses as well. I already purchased a par , 2 years ago. Here I'm again buying another par. Can't wait to have them . 5 stars for everyone in this office .
