This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The only plus side to this visit is the doctor was friendly during the exam. Outside of that, the billing was a mess. I had a simple dispute that no one responded to until they sent me a bill for an extra $55 on top of the billing dispute. Their response was, "it's our policy, and if you do not pay it, we'll send you to collections." They would not work with me, or give me a viable reason for the charge outside of, "it's our policy." I could not believe this company is still in business if this is how they treat their customers.

I have read 3 reviews about this office and they all have been horrible. I only wish I had read them before I visited Dr Martin for an stye in my eye. All he did was tell me put a warm washcloth on my eye 8 times a day. He gave me the same advice I read on Google and WebMd. After my initial visit he had me come back 3 times for 5 minute check up appointments. After my appointments I got the bill. $560, I nearly fell out of my chair. I spoke to the office and repeatedly was told they could not do anything to help me out because that was their policy. They were cold and unsympathetic to my situation and frustration. And the doctors (if you call him that) advice did not work, I still have my eye stye today and need to see a separate doctor. If you just got your tax refund check and are looking for a way to blow your money then go here. They will take your money and laugh behind your back. I have never felt more taken advantage of then I did after going to this office.
