Had a wonderful experience at this store. Usually, a young lady Sierra helps us at the Stanton Coliseum Store. She's professional, kind, courteous, and knows all the deals on our insurance plan... What is covered, what we are eligible for and all the ins and outs of the plan. She's very patient and fun to work with and makes us super comfortable with all our numerous questions during our visits.

Great service, slightly pricy though. But you get what you pay for, and they give some decent quality. Tommy, the man who helped set us up, he really tried to set us up with good price that fit everyone. Nana didn't want to go to expensive, and we was having trouble, Tommy really helped us find what we need at the right price we wanted
I took my son in. We don't have insurance but he needed an exam due to some concerns. The doctor was amazing. I was so happy with our experience. The doctor was great with children and so kind. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to selection. We wanted to get the 2 for $79 option but the options in that price range were VERY limited, so we had to spend more. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Friendly and affordable!
Doctor got my prescription wrong on first appointment, so I had to come back to fix it. Not even a problem honestly, mistakes happen! Well unfortunately, Ali IMMEDIATELY tried to convince me that it was just my astigmatism and the shape of my contacts, user error. I disagreed, over and over, because I had worn glasses/contacts since I was in grade school.
He dismissed my concerns and started to raise his voice towards me, I am a petite woman and we are in small enclosed space, so obviously I am scared at that point. I show him a ten year old prescription stronger than the one he gave me, he verbatim says "I can either give you that one, or the one I gave you last time." So obviously, I asked for a refund and then exited the room promptly. I'm not sure why he did not quickly recheck my eyes instead of making me argue and cause a scene...
So now, I'm sitting in the waiting room, and he's making the staff frantically contact other businesses for all of my old prescriptions instead of just approving a refund on my contacts. I haven't even lived in town for almost five years so some of these prescriptions were pushing almost ten years old, so at this point I am super confused. I get some apologies from the front of house staff which I appreciated because at that point I had to ask my fiance to come and sit with me because of the frantic confusion. He was also so confused, this was supposed to be a quick fix and at that point it had been 45 minutes.
Only after having a handful of my expired prescriptions did he agree to rechecking my eyes. Once we were done I asked if there was a change and he finally admitted yes there was, but not before trying to convince me it was all of my old eye prescriptions fault that he was wrong for some reason? That's where I started to lose the plot. Even the staff had said the other eyeglass places were confused as to why you were trying to get almost decade old expired prescriptions... Just confusing.
I debated whether or not to write this review becuase the receptionists were soooo understanding, and accommodated me through this even though I didn't ask. I'm not even kidding when I say one eye went from -3.50 to -4.50 and I will attach a photo for proof.
Even though it was sorted, I will never recommend this place to anyone I know because of the anxiety and stress they caused me. Legit had to cancel plans and spend the rest of my day at home. Don't let Ali Ghassemi embarrass you like he did me.

We had an extremely positive experience here. My daughter's glasses had broken and we needed to get her glasses as soon as possible. We came in the evening, and Tommy helped us. He went above and beyond and made sure that she got glasses the same day, even though we came so late. Tommy provided some of the best customer service that we've had in a long time, as he was very friendly and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to get glasses or contacts and will be back with our other daughter soon.
I came back here after my partner had a great experience. Everyone there was great. I wasn't expecting to have to pick out frames so Sierra helped me pick out glasses that shaped my face nicely. My insurance paid for most of it. It was super convenient, didn't take a lot of time, and everyone was super friendly. I'll be back.
I am really blind. I picked out a pair of glasses and when they arrived my lenses were far too thick. I was very upset. As I was getting frustrated, I think the owner, encouraged me to look for smaller frames which I eventually found some. They were a little more expensive than I budgeted for, but they turned out great and I get a lot of compliments!
I had the absolute worst experience today at Stanton Optical. Their eye doctor is a complete joke!! So freaking rude! Unprofessional all the way around!! He made me feel so horrible about my eyes and to tell me I had to settle for whatever vision he can give me due to having a lazy eye! I was told that no one would be able to give me clear vision in my eye due to the lazy eye! I have never had that issue at ANY time in my life!!
I do want to thank Tommy for listening and caring!! He was a positive in such a crappy situation!
