The 2 girls working were very nice but the Dr him self was horrible... Long story short I'm trying to apply for disability since I have problems and Stuff and so the one eye drops they had me take basically made my vision go blurry to where I couldn't see and they wanted to put more and I refused because I didn't like the fact I couldn't see and when I refused the Dr just flipped out on me for no reason and told me I wasted his time and kicked me out. And I told him I'm sorry for refuseing it but he didn't care.

Really have gone downhill since my past visits. Took 6 weeks to get my glasses. Then they were not right. I can see with them at distance but not close up things. Close up things are worse with the glasses than without the glasses. They told me it would take a while to get used to them. That didn't happen. Tried to get them to help me with it but they wanted more money. I'm reporting them to BBB and to my insurance.

Was there with my father--in-law because he doesn't drive a car anymore. The lady showing the frames was very condescending to him. The frame selection was terrible. Took a long time for the glasses to come in. I would avoid this place as there are better practices than this.

They have no idea what they are doing. They told me that they didnt accept my insurance and that I need to call my provider to check. After I called and confirm they are a provider I called back and they still had no clue. They proceded to tell me that in order to find that information out I would need my dads information when I'm on my own plan. Sent me in circles for 20 mins. Taking my eye care elsewhere.
