University Park Vision Center has been excellent I have been going here for years and the staff are professional, kind, nice, and have great knowledge about the details. I've gotten my eyes checked here for exams, glasses fittings, etc. With my dad's insurance this place was great. I would highly recommend. 100% I still have my glasses today and I have been very happy with them. They are good communicators and good with getting back to you, and scheduling appointments. 5 Stars

This was my first time at this facility and it was awesome everyone was so happy and so helpful and so informative. The girl that did my pre exam testing was awesome. University Park Vision Center is a great option for an eye exam. While my regular office couldn't accommodate an appointment by the end of the year, University Park was able to work me in right away to ensure that I was able to use my vision benefits this year. The office staff were helpful and competent and actually understood how to file for medically necessary contact lenses, which is usually a problem for me every year. The doctor was friendly, capable, and efficient. I am confident in the level of care that I received, and the whole process from start to finish was simple and stress-free. And my favorite thing ever? They have a pair of adopted office cats. Talk about icing on the cake!
