Vision Care Ophthalmology

My visit was excellent because I didn't have to wait for a long period of time. This was a very clean office and I was amazed by the cleanliness. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. I would give them an A+ on my visit

Check-in - quick and a piece of cake! Addyson, who usually works at lake Avenue, was there today and was exceptionally pleasant. love Dr. Eggebrecht!! Optical was excellent--spent alot of time with me picking out glasses!

I had such a pleasant experience. Everybody was nice and kind from the front receptionist to the doctors and the doctors were awesome. They took time to answer all my questions and didn't rush me. It was a great appointment and my first time here.

Unfortunately, this visit was far from pleasant. I had to wait for almost an hour and a half past the time of my appointment, before I was seen by the doctor. I had a returning scratch in the eye, which is very painful, and I mentioned that when I was scheduling an appointment; and when I was taken in for the initial checkup (also after about 45 min past the time of the appointment), I explained why I'm here. Still, I was returned to the lobby to continue my wait for the doctor. And I wonder, whether or not I would have been waiting even longer, had I not come up to the registration, exhausted from pain and despair, and in a shaking voice asked how much longer do I need to endure my pain and when the doctor would see me (was taken in right after that). The doctor's work itself was fine, no complaints about that. But, is that the new norm, to make the patient (and the patient in pain to that) wait for an hour and a half past the appointment time? And not a word of apology or an explanation from any of the staff members? I've been to another office, on Tween Creeks, several times. Never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes. I have no idea why I had to have this kind of experience at Jefferson office; this is very disappointing and humiliating.

My first visit. Not walking well. They were so kind and helpful. A very impressive staff of professionals. Feels like the place to be for my needs. Instantly established feeling of trust and confidence.

This was my daughter's first full eye exam. The staff were so kind and thoughtful. They answered all her questions (she had a lot of them). When she got nervous about the dilation drops, the staff did a non-drop walkthrough so she could understand what would happen when. I highly recommend!

Wasted my money and time being seen. I had called to see if they accepted my insurances being told they did, made the appointment, had the appointment and then went to check out to be told they didn't accept my main insurance and had to pay out of pocket. Thanks for wasting my time and money when I could have went elsewhere. Should have made you eat the cost of my appointment

I was not called back until 25 minutes after my appointment time. I was concerned that the doctor initially seems confused as you why I had an appointment. I think the folks there are nice but may a tad disorganized
