Dr. Price Kowaleski and her staff are absolutely wonderful. Exams are always extremely thorough (I have multiple chronic conditions that can affect the eyes) and they are always very clear about pricing. They have helped me plan appointments and purchases in order to use all of my insurance benefits as well as any rebates available. They really seem to put patients first and profits second.
I had a family emergency followed by the death of my grandfather and didn't get to order my prescribed contacts. They gave me a week's worth of contacts to wear to all the obligated family events and helped me order when things settled a little. Around the same time, I scratched my eye badly. They saw me right away and referred me to an eye surgeon because Dr. Price-Kowaleski wasn't sure her office was equipped with all the tools that might be necessary. I completed treatment with the surgeon and then followed-up with Dr. Price-Kowaleski. I love that she is knowledgeable and is transparent about her abilities and limitations.
I would recommend Price Eye Care to ANYONE!

I have seen other eye doctors in the past for halos while driving at night. Dr Monica is the best. She has been able to help correct this problem when no other Dr was able. In addition, Kevin has been able to assist in getting the best fit and frames. Great people, great practice!

Dr Price-Kowaleski is wonderful. She is very thorough and explains everything about your vision and what is going on with your eyes. She spent a lot of time with me and willing to answer all questions. The staff is also very kind and welcoming.

I had $150 left on a flexable spending account that had to be used or I just lose the money. So since my script was still good for another month I wanted to order 6months of contacts to spend that money so I called her office and her husband told me it was against the law to order me those since my script expired in a month so I said ok nevermind. I thought it didn't sound right so I looked it up and he was lying to me. I called again and got the receptionist and told her I wanted to order these contacts and she told me it was against the law also so I told her I looked it up and it isn't. She then told me they just passed the law and that's why I didn't see it. So I was upset and hung up. I called Wilson eye care and told them about my account and she said "oh yes we can do that, it is pretty normal and a lot of people do this so they don't lose that money." Needless to say I would never go back there and now go to Wilson's for all my care.
