Check in testing lady did well. Dr Wilson was great. The optical person didn't explain anything, tell how much insurance covered or options or anything. It was a surprise. Not one i wanted or needed today. She was very pleasant. But explanation is always good to go over everything, so the patient understands what is being covered and what isnt.
