I work at another optometrist office and was calling to get information on a mutual patient and the woman that answered the phone was so incredibly rude and snappy. I was asking the usual questions like type of progressive etc and she responded with an attitude. "You can do that yourself". I have never in my 5 years of optical been treated so poorly by someone else in the field. We refer patients there all the time and that will come to an end because of how I was treated. Unacceptable.

Dr Price cares so much about your vision. Any time I have gone she spends a substantial amount of time with me and answers all of my questions. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Pleasant to be in this office space as it is all newly decorated.

Really very disappointed. My family and I have been getting our glasses and contacts here for nearly a decade and after the past few years of progressively worse service we will be going elsewhere.
Don't expect to get your order in a timely fashion and don't expect your warranty to actually cover your glasses for a year, it's more likely to be only 8 months with their delays.
