I must admit I didn't exactly jump for joy when my eye doctor told me I needed cataract surgery. But I am very grateful to him that he sent me to the Williams Eye Institute. Everyone there, from the receptionists to the technicians to my surgeon, Dr. Ann Williams, treated me with friendly kindness and courtesy. They alleviated my anxiety. Dr. Ann Williams explained everything about the surgery, and patiently answered all my many questions. She made me feel like I was her most important patient, and I'm sure she instills that same feeling in all her patients. The surgery was pain-free, with minimal discomfort. With corrective implants, I can drive without glasses or contacts for the first time in my life. I can play the organ and piano, and work at my computer without reading glasses for the first time in twenty years. My eye doctor said this surgery was a great opportunity and that I would see better than I have for decades. Thanks to the outstanding skills that Dr. Ann Williams possesses, he was right. The people at the institute may tell you that they do cataract surgery, but really, with professional skill and a gentle touch, they work miracles. I highly recommend them to anyone needing cataract surgery.

Excellent website. It is here I learned about cataract surgery and lens implants. Additional information was acquired through knowledgeable and caring staff. Next, I read the professional biographies of all surgeons at the Williams Eye Center. Appointment was made and the process began. Dr. Ann Williams was the perfect fit for me to entrust my vision too. Based on my current health condition, she was determined for me to return to a level of vision that would exceed my own expectations! She was extraordinarily caring before, during and after surgery which made my outcome a true success! Thank you Dr. Ann!

Having cataract surgery on both eyes was a good experience. It is surgery and should be taken seriously. But with a great and friendly staff, they make it a good experience. I was pleasantly surprised when I was in the second waiting area, and I must say the Patients couldn't be friendlier. It passed the time and good conversations was had by all. I've been to the Hammond location 5 times each time the patients made my day. I look forward to that waiting area to catch up with the patients on my next visit. Great job Dr. Ann on my eyes.

I knew I was in good hands from the very first visit. It's natural to be nervous or even scared, but the whole staff did everything they possibly could to make me feel at ease. They guided me every step of the way making sure I understood what was going to happen or what was happening. Dr. Williams is so kind and gentle. I never felt afraid. She is, indeed, a gifted surgeon. I'm so glad I found her and now feel I should let others, who are contemplating surgery, know about her. One other thing that impressed me so much was their sanitizing procedures. I've been a patient of Dr. Ann Williams since 2014. Her approach to my individual needs and the kind, caring staff that work at this clinic have made my recovery a positive experience instead of a negative one. They were very thorough in the explanation of my required treatment and the potential outcome. They all took the time to make sure I was treated as their only patient in a very busy office. The appointment hours vary and accommodated my busy work schedule. Overall a very positive experience. A wondeeful experience! The staff is professional and very friendly. Dr. Williams is cheerful, positive and her surgery skills gave me great vision. I know longer wear glasses for driving and I can use magnifiers for reading. Thanks, Dr. Ann on my new vision.

My Mom had a Macular hole in her left! She went to Dr . Ann Williams she said her vision was okay. She didn't need new glasses. May of 2021, She went to Dr. Rezaii in September 2021 and she had a macular hole in her left eye. She had surgery to repair the eye. She went to Dr. Ann Williams today and she said her distance vision was a little off, and she told her to get Over the counter glasses for her near Vision!!!!! She was there for 3 hours!!

The Dr. Ann & staff were excellent! Professional, efficient, yet friendly, even to a crusty old guy. Results r amazing! Only complaint, still no vodka to go w/tomato juice after surgery!! Nxt time?Thanx again, tporter
