Horrible customer service representative Christy stated no puppy's allowed as soon as I came in with my three children that have special needs. I said the puppy is my children emotional support dog .... She repeats it... I then said to the other representative that I'm here for my daughter which is 17 she stated by her being under 18 that I had to stay inside... The other representative Shaniya says she's allergic with an apology I said it's fine . The particular representative says (I also was picking up glasses for my two boys. She stacks the trays up then says I'm not helping her & refused to put the glasses on them and made sure they were fitting for them. This is my second worst experience here as all of my kids visited for the first time with a previous optometrist and all four of us had all wrong scripts for my 3 boys and myself. We had headaches and dizziness.... Then go to Pearl Vision to find out all prescriptions were wrong and totally off .

I am always pleased with the services I have here. However, I was little upset when I was told at the office that policy had changed and in order for my glasses to be ordered I would need to pay in full. When I called to scheduled my appointment, I specifically asked what I would need for payment at the office and I was told that I would only need my copay. So I planned to make payments to keep me from having to payout a large amount or in that moment if I was told I need to pay in full that I would have planned for that as well. I understand that a business must do what they need to in order to avoid clients who flake out and go else where after placing orders but it should also be top priority to give all information on these types of changes to loyal clients.

I have been a patient at University Eyecare for at least 10 years. I continue to return because of the good service I receive. The staff is courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They are generous with your time. I have never felt rushed. They are very welcoming..

Great group of ladies working in the office. Process went smoothly and the ladies in office treated you like you were part of the family. Love the care, patience, and positive vibes.

The place is nice and clean, the staff is very perfectional, and the doc is very gentle and nice and explains very well so you understand everything, I was very pleased..
