Vision Quest Eye Clinic - Hammond

Yesterday I tried to pick up my glasses, but no one answered the phone. When you call, it says the mailbox is full. I went in person and the doors were locked, and a lady told me you're remodeling. I tried calling again today and it's still the same issue. Please update your Google listing to show that you're temporarily closed. It's a simple fix, and some people genuinely need their glasses to see. Clear communication would really help your customers.

Dr Fary is one of the best ophthalmologists in our area have been seeing him for years! The staff is very professional. The only negative thing I would have to say is you need a better selection of frames that are not black plastic & large lens, therefore I couldn't find a frame I cared for so I only replaced my lens. Thanks again Dr Fary for your expertise in making someone see clearly again...highly recommend

This location has horrible women at the front desk. Honesty is the key! My daughter had an eye exam 3:45pm. We arrived 15min early even though we did online registration. We sat for 30min, 2 other patients went to back before us, who walked in establishment AFTER us. Then we were asked "are yall waiting to go in the back?" I said yes, what's the hold up? Lady at the desk replied oh we're waiting for our system to reboot. I respectfully asked, then why are u asking why are we here? Now my daughter name is called to the back. This place is very unorganized, busy, and dysfunctional. Save yourself some peace of mind and time. Go to MERRILLVILLE location. I've been a customer for 5 years trust me

I recently had an appointment with Dr. McBurnie and his team, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly warm, efficient, and professional. They made the check-in process smooth and ensured I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. McBurnie himself is exceptional. He took the time to explain the results of my exam clearly, answered all my questions thoroughly, and provided great advice for my vision health. I felt truly listened to and confident that I was receiving the highest level of care. If you are looking for a fantastic eye doctor and a kind, supportive staff, I highly recommend Vision Quest!

This was my first time at Vision Quest I was in and out everyone at the front desk was very nice! The Tech that did my test was very thorough. When they saw the Dr. he made sure to explain everything to me overall the entire staff was nice !

I highly recommend this place for all of your eye care needs. The service is prompt, friendly and thorough. I have glaucoma and have been to many eye doctors and this young doctor here blew 99% of doctors I've seen out of the water with his knowledge and time spent explaining things to me about a solution for an eye problem I was having. Dr.McBurnie is someone you'd be lucky to get an appointment with.

Possibly the best experience I've ever had with an Eye Exam. I came in with no appointment, was out in under 20 minutes, and had my new glasses the next day. It was also very affordable. I will be coming back here when I visit my family:
