Dr. Kordes is pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough when I have my exam yearly. Able to evaluate my vision problems and answer my questions completely. Always has a smile.

Very rude people. Tried to call to just look around at the glasses and they said no they are not accepting new patients and ended the call.

I have gone to Dr. Buechler since I have worn contacts and glasses. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with me! I appreciate him and the rest of the staff at Clay Street EyeCare for being outstanding at what they do and will continue going to them for many years.

My wife has been trying to get me to switch to this establishment for years. Our son was poked in the eye by his brother this morning. He was fine one minute and in agony the next so we decided it was time to go get him looked at. My wife describes the situation and we are told they "schedule certain times for emergency patients". Call another doctor instead. "Can you come now?!" So if you need glasses you may be fine with this doctor. But if you have an emergency and are going here they clearly want to try and force you into the emergency room rather than deal with you. Scheduled emergencies? What a joke. My turn to try and get my wife to switch Doctors now.

Clay Street EyeCare has been my source for years. They ALWAYS perform at the upmost of convenience, courtesy and professionalism. HIGHLY recommend them.

I saw Dr. Kordes today for the first time and she was wonderful. She was patient, thorough and made me feel completely comfortable.

Very helpful at the outset, and quick to take payment, but do not follow through with service...I have to call and call to see when my glasses come in. I'd take your business to someone who values service.
