It's a really great experience here. Dr. Fischer and crew were all very good, thorough, and professional. They are extremely busy for a reason. Skip the corporate chain stores and go to a real optometrist! They offer a discount if you pay in full that day, which is great if you are self pay. Very impressed and I have found my place to go in Jasper.

The doctor was informative and time effective. Appointment was on time. Service from the eye exam was good. However, when purchasing glasses, I'm told lab messed up twice and it is now going on 4 weeks and I'm still without new glasses. Customer service has been a huge help in addressing the issue and making it right. Glasses arrived and fitment was stellar.

$100+ and they won't even write a prescription so I can order my contacts. That's all I wanted, the vision test so I can have a prescription to reorder my contacts. Wants to go through there over priced suppliers. With lots of fitting dates. Claims they don't have the prescription, but has it to send to their suppliers. Refused giving it to 1-800- contacts. Poor. Wished I could do a zero star. Dr finally explained to me. All is great now.
